CANDLE CARE
How do I get the best out of my candle?
To ensure you have a long lasting, full fragranced soy candle, you should follow the below instructions:
When lighting a soy candle for the first time, allow the wax to melt all the way to the sides of the container. This will give you maximum fragrance and an even burn. If you do not allow the wax to pool on the first burn you may get wax remaining along the sides of your container.
What safety instructions should I follow when using my candle?
Please follow the below safety instructions when lighting your candle:
Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep lit candles out of reach of children, pets and curtains
Candles must be burned away from drafts and on a stable heat resistant surface
Never burn a candle on or near anything flammable, or for more than 3-4 hours at a time
Make sure a candle is completely extinguished and the wick ember is no longer glowing before leaving the room
Extinguish a candle if it smokes, flickers repeatedly, or the flame becomes too high
Never touch a burning candle or move it when the wax is liquid
DIFFUSER CARE

COCOFOUR diffusers last at least 12 weeks but often a lot longer than this, it will vary depending on the room placement and time of year..
What base oil is used in the diffuser?
We use an eco-friendly base for all of our diffusers, which is made from a renewable source and provides excellent solubilising power with a slow evaporation rate.

There is no need to flip the reeds. We use Porex e-Reeds for all of our diffusers which feature high-performance capillarity and fragrance along the whole length of the reed, providing a controlled and reliable rate of fragrance release.
